A deep and extensive rotula canal, with a dome-shaped kneecap of sole radium, keeps the rotula components of P.F.C. Sigma in contact beyond 90 degrees. The condylar geometry blends in the rotula canal, allowing the dome-shaped kneecap to fit in congruently into the femoral component, in a perfect alignment as well as in a rotular inclination.
