Microsensor for PIC monitoring

The Microsensor consists of a microchip mounted in a small titanium case on the tip of a flexible 100-cm nylon cable. This microchip monitors pressure directly in the source and transmits the information electronically. The microsensor is flexible so it can be easily bent without losing its characteristics. Pressure can be monitored in a subdural, intraparenchymatous or ventricular way. Several studies have been carried out on the microsensor showing a high level of accuracy and minimal variation throughout the measuring period.
